How it plays at home

One partner reads a card and gives clues for each phrase until their teammate names them. Then the guesser has to combine the two into a single answer, the combolution, before time is up. Each success earns a token, and the first team to twenty wins.

The game rewards teams who know each other well, so it is great for couples, siblings and friends. With 385 cards, you can play many sessions without repeats. Tip: agree on a few clue ground rules at the start, like no rhyming words, so arguments stay silly rather than serious.

A little difficult to understand for a 10 yo but fun.

A little difficult for 10 year olds to get initially. As even a 15 year old had to figure it out for everyone. But it was fun, when the kids understood the phrases.

A definite mouthful of fun and laughs!

A gift to our grandson for Christmas. We couldn't stop laughing we enjoyed this game so much. The only thing I would say is that the mouthpieces were a little big for the younger kids, and a little uncomfortable after it period of time for the adults. That said, we had an incredible amount of fun.
