A volcano is about to blow, and the dinosaurs are lost in the ferns. Players team up to move the dinos across the board, using memory and a little luck to get them all to safety.

3 dinosaur movers, 1 die and 1 game board
12 reversible fern tokens hide matching dinosaurs
A 5-piece volcano puzzle with stand builds up as time runs short
Players help each other remember which tokens were flipped
For 2 to 4 players, ages 4 and up

How it plays at home

Roll, move a dinosaur and lift a fern token to look for a match. If you find one, that dinosaur is rescued. If not, the volcano creeps closer. What matters most is that everyone remembers what has already been flipped, so players call out what they saw.

There is a bit of logic to deciding which dinosaur to move, and the group makes that call together. Because the volcano is a puzzle, you can see the danger growing as you play.

Child and mother approved!!!

My niece just turned nine and I purchased for her bday. I bought her the mermaid game by Peaceable Kingdoms, and she loves it so much she bought a second one just to have at their vacation cabin upstate. This year, she is obsessed with dinosaurs and learning all about them. This game was another hit. Peaceable Great game that teaches children cooperation towards a common goal. She loves it and her mother approves. 100% recommendation.
