Itsy Bitsy Spider gets a game of her own. On a rainy day, Bitsy and her garden friends slide down the water spout, and players try to gather all the cards before the sun comes out. The dice tower makes every roll a bit of a show.

  • Five big dice go down the water spout dice tower
  • 15 cards to match and collect on the rain garden board
  • A sunshine tracker shows how close the team is to losing
  • Everyone wins or loses together, from age 3 and up
  • Practices matching, simple deduction and fine motor skills

How it plays at home

Drop the dice in the top of the spout and see what rolls out. Then work together to match Bitsy and her friends to the cards in the garden. Each round moves the sunshine tracker closer to full sun, so the group feels the gentle pressure of a changing day.

With its tower and chunky dice, the game is good for children who like to watch things happen. Let a different child drop the dice each round to keep turns fair.

Quick Setup, Short Games, Lots of Fun

This is a pretty great little game. It only took about five minutes to set up and start playing. Even with reading the directions, it took less than ten. I love the colorful board and dice, and my kids were really impressed. Playing the game is fun and also very quick. I think even very young kids could play this game because it's basically matching things. It really doesn't take longer than ten to fifteen minutes to play a round. Sometimes, they go quicker than that. You have to match the bugs on the dice with bugs on the cards (which are randomly selected by drawing them). Each time you match enough bugs on one card, you get to keep the card. It's also really nice that it's a cooperative game, so you're all working together to match the bugs. Rolling the dice is a lot of fun, too. You are dropping them down a cardboard water spout, and it's super easy for almost any kid to do. As easy as it is to learn and play, it's also a lot of fun. We played a bunch of rounds, and ended up playing for an hour. We could have quit after the first round, but the kids didn't want to stop playing. I had fun, too. I honestly think this is a great game, especially for young kids. It's great for parents, too, because it is so quick to play a round. You can get in two or three in half an hour.

A Sweet First Game For Little Ones!

This toddler game based on the classic children’s song is an absolute win in our house. It’s simple enough to play with just a parent and toddler, which makes it perfect for those early game night moments and great fun interacting together. It’s also easy to expand later when other toddlers are available to join in. That flexibility alone makes it a great pick for growing attention spans and social skills. The cooperative gameplay is a real highlight. Instead of competing, everyone works together to help Bitsy Spider and her friends before the sun comes out. It keeps things positive and frustration free, which is exactly what you want with 3-year-olds. My toddler loved rolling the chunky dice down the little water spout tower and matching the cards. It feels interactive and hands on without being complicated. I also appreciate how it quietly builds early learning skills. Matching, simple deduction, turn taking and fine motor skills are all baked into play. But it never feels like “learning time.” It just feels like fun. The theme is charming and familiar with a colorful board and pieces keep little ones engaged without overwhelming them. The components are nicely sized for small hands, and the set includes everything you need: big dice, cards, a rain garden board, the water spout dice tower and clear instructions. Setup is quick and rounds are short enough to keep toddlers interested. Overall, this is a delightful first cooperative game that works beautifully as a one-on-one parent and toddler activity for now and a small group game later. Simple, cheerful and genuinely fun. Definitely staying in our regular rotation!

Fun and cute

I’ve been playing this game with my child for about a week now, and it’s been a really good option for younger kids. The cooperative aspect is a big plus since everyone works together instead of competing, which helps reduce frustration and keeps things more positive. The gameplay is simple and easy to understand, which is perfect for preschool age. It focuses on matching and basic decision-making, so it keeps kids engaged without being overwhelming. The pieces feel sturdy and are a good size for small hands. Setup is quick, and the rounds don’t take too long, which helps hold attention. Overall, it’s a fun, low-stress game that encourages teamwork and is easy for younger kids to enjoy.

Cute game for kids

I recently got this game for my family, and it's a cute game for the kids. One of the things that I like the most is the way that the game looks. The dice are pretty cute and the spout and water are nice as well. Another thing that's nice is that it's quick and easy to play. This makes it easier for younger kids to get involved. Overall, this was a good value and purchase. The way that the game looks is cute and designed well. It's also quick which is good for little ones.

Fun game for the whole family

This is a really fun, quick game for the whole family to play. Setup is really simple, the box is part of the board, so you just slide the spout part into the bottom box and you're ready to play. The game comes with five dice and cards, you place three cards on the board and then try to match the dice to all of the images on a card. This is a really fun way to teach strategy and odds. There were a few times where the first roll of the dice could get matches on multiple cards, so you had to decide which card would give you the best odds of filling the card. The game play is quick, about 10 minutes and we won only 2 out of about 5 games. It's a very good way to teach kids how to manage frustration and how to not win. Since it's a cooperative game, I could model being calm when we lost and my daughter followed my lead. Highly recommend this one, it's good for 3 to about 7 or 8.
