The Paisley Peace diary pairs a shiny foil cover with black pages, so the silver pen stands out when it hits the paper. It locks, naturally.

Foil cover with a colorful paisley peace-sign design
104 double-sided black pages
Silver ink pen included for writing on the dark pages
Lock and key to keep entries private
Compact at 5.5 inches wide and 6.25 inches high

How it plays at home

Black pages change how a diary feels. Silver ink looks dramatic against them, and doodles and lettering pop. It is good for kids who like art as much as writing.

Autographs from camp friends, glued-in photos and clippings all fit well. Tip: keep the silver pen in the same spot as the key so the two do not go missing separately.

★★★★★

Small, but she loved it!

Gave it to my niece (9yrs) for her birthday and her and the other kids spent about 30 minutes coloring on the cool black paper. I also ordered a pack of jelly roll pens that showed up on the black paper.

Junk

Bought this for my daughters birthday. The pages fell out of the cover within a couple days. It has black pages, so you can only use light color gel pens.
