Legs Crossed gives Go Fish a silly physical twist. Instead of asking out loud, you zip your lips and twist your legs into the position on your card. The family ends up moving, laughing and trying not to topple over.

  • 44 oversized, durable cards in the deck
  • Goal is to collect matching sets of four
  • You ask for a card by copying the leg position, not by speaking
  • Most sets at the end wins
  • Suggested for ages 5 and up

How it plays at home

On your turn, strike the pose on one of your cards and see if anyone else can match it with a card of their own. If they can, you win it, and the sets pile up. The challenge is that some poses are awkward, so balance matters.

It works well with a mixed-age crowd because even young kids understand Go Fish, and grandparents can choose to hold the cards while others do the twisting. Use a clear patch of floor or carpet. Tip: agree up front on a no-peeking rule for who is allowed to guess the pose out loud.
