PicWits is a picture-and-caption game where the best answer is whichever one makes the judge laugh. A caption card sets the theme and everyone picks the photo they think fits. The judge changes every round, so you learn what each person finds funny.

504 glossy full-color photo cards to draw from
144 caption cards that set up each round's comparison
For 4 or more players, with a new judge each round
Roughly 30 minutes per game
Matches can be literal, ludicrous or somewhere in between

How it plays at home

The judge reveals a caption, players choose a photo from their hand to match, and the judge picks a winner. There are no wrong answers, only ones that fit this particular judge's sense of humor. Winning a round means you read your audience well.

Because there are so many photo cards, the game holds up for big groups and repeat plays. It suits family reunions, classrooms and sleepovers. This version is the card-game edition; a separate listing exists for the board game version. Tip: let kids explain why they picked their photo, since the reasoning is often funnier than the picture.
