This kit is two activities in one: first the craft, then the costume. Kids stick sparkling gems onto fabric wings in their own pattern, then wear what they made. Elastic straps and thumb loops hold the wings in place for running and spinning.

One pair of fabric butterfly wings to decorate
2 sheets of adhesive gem stickers, over 100 gems in all
Elastic shoulder straps and thumb loops for active play
Instructions included
Meant for ages 5 and up; builds fine motor skills and self-expression

How it plays at home

Lay the wings flat and plan a design before peeling any stickers: symmetrical, rainbow or totally random. Placing small gems is good fine motor practice, and every pair comes out different. Then the wings are ready for pretend play.

It is a good party or playdate activity since each guest can decorate their own pair. Tip: finish decorating on a table, then let kids wear them at once so the excitement lasts.
